Brief
We Recycle Clothes collects and recycles clothes, shoes, bags and accessories. After being in the recycling business of used clothing for over 15 years, the company has learned better and more environmentally friendly ways to collect and sell used clothing and raise vital funds for UK charities.
THE PROJECT
We Recycle Clothes was using phones only to contact and get contacted by households and companies asking for clothes collection.
Although they have been providing these services for a long time, very few people knew about the company, and neither they knew that the collection services are free of charge.
We Recycle Clothes wanted to be found online and contacted Accedor to prepare and execute a marketing strategy and plan.

The CRM system is connected to the website and controls all booking requests made via the website. The system provides important business information, such as how many collections are booked for a certain date and region. It also helps calculate the quantity of bags the driver will collect to prepare the appropriate vehicle for collection.
The CRM solution offers easy-to-understand and visually appealing graphics that empower company directors to run their businesses more efficiently.
